Hillsborough County recently issued the following announcement.

Hillsborough County is seeking residents’ feedback on online customer service features

Hillsborough County is trying to improve the way it provides online services to residents, and the County needs your input!

Hillsborough is looking for volunteers to participate in an online usability study that tests how residents utilize the At Your Service online customer service portal. A usability study examines how people navigate through a webpage and if there are flaws or areas that need improvement.

This exercise will take less than 10 minutes, and it may be completed in the comfort of your own space. All you need is a computer or a mobile device.

Residents’ experience and feedback will be used to improve the ease of navigation and overall experience of the current website. Your participation is appreciated! To be a part of this initiative, please complete this volunteer form, and a County representative will contact you.
