The Largo City Commission celebrated the start of Black History Month at the February 7 Largo City Commission Meeting with a proclamation. The honoree, Hillary Van Dyke, Vice President of Green Book of Tampa Bay, was present to accept the proclamation and shared a heartfelt message as well as more information about the nonprofit’s initiatives to connect Black businesses with the broader community and support the economic vitality of the community overall.
