FDOE Parent Survey – Exceptional Student Education

FDOE Parent Survey – Exceptional Student Education
0Comments

If you have a student with an IEP – We need your feedback to make our services even more dynamic and beneficial for your child.

Please take a short survey that will provide both the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) and Hillsborough County Public Schools with information about how well schools are supporting parental involvement in their child’s education. Your input in this survey will help guide state and district improvements in the ESE arena. Tell us what we are doing right, what we can improve on, and the relationship your child has with their ESE specialist and their school.

You can access the survey online or your child will be given a paper version of the survey from their school, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

The deadline to complete the survey is June 30th but we encourage you to do it online now. It takes fewer than 10 minutes to complete and your answers are completely anonymous.
