Ideal Candidate
The Water Resources Department’s Technical Services Division is seeking a Business Analyst with data development and analysis skills. This position requires expertise in the manipulation of data to inform decision making at all levels within the Department. The ideal candidate will have experience developing databases and presenting information using standard data manipulation tools including SQL databases and Excel. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to quickly obtain the skills needed to use business intelligence tools. Experience in in the utility industry and familiarity with business processes unique to a water and wastewater utility will be a benefit. The incumbent will be required to perform field work a small portion of the time. This will include asset inspection, recording of records, and maintenance of asset records in our work order management system. They must be able to build and maintain relationships and teams containing multiple stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.APPLY NOW
