St. Petersburg College’s Titans Live Webinars have become a staple for both new and returning students, covering a variety of subjects from financial aid to baccalaureate programs. The webinars the college has planned for mid-July are no different but will also give attendees the opportunity to receive a three-credit-hour course at no cost!
“The July webinars are unique because we are offering the chance to earn a free class,” said Jacob Wortock, Director of Recruitment Services for SPC. “We will have multiple viewing sessions to accommodate busy schedules, and we will have even more staff on hand to make sure all questions are answered.”
There are three July webinars scheduled and each webinar will have a morning and evening session for added flexibility.
- July 12 – Why SPC and How to Get Started
SPC experts will be on hand to help attendees work through the application and admissions process, learn about the degrees the college offers, and answer any questions they may have about SPC. - July 13 – How to Pay for College
The college’s financial aid experts will answer questions about scholarships, grants, loans, payment plans, and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). - July 14 – Focus on Your Checklist
Webinar attendees will get help with outstanding items on their registration checklist. SPC experts will also discuss residency, requesting transcripts, and testing options.
“We want our future students to know that when they come to SPC, they are not only getting a top-ranked education, but a team of people here to support them every step of the way,” said Wortock. “We want our future students to feel like they belong at SPC, and supported on their journey, whether that is one class or a full degree.”
