McNeil Signs with Fire Women’s Golf

Southeastern University Director of Golf Steve Phelps has announced the signing of Abigail McNeil to the women’s team for the fall of 2022.

McNeil comes from Castroville, Texas where she was homeschooled.

She was Player of the Year in 2018 with the Beltway Junior Golf Tour and she has been a Volunteer Coach with Joe McNeil for golf since 2020.

McNeil participates in many outreach and community service opportunities and projects.

She will study Communications in the fall at Southeastern and will be a first-generation college student as well as the first of her family to play a sport at collegiate level.
