The application for the Polk State Nursing Program’s general track will be open from August 15 through August 31, and it is important for prospective applicants to prepare now for the process.
Applicants to Polk State’s limited-access programs must complete the College’s free, online application and submit their official transcripts prior to applying to one of these programs. Additionally, Nursing applicants must have their Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) scores on file with the College.
