Are you interested in purchasing a home here in Largo? The 2022 HOPE (Homeownership for People Everywhere) Expo is your opportunity to meet with the Largo Housing Services team while learning the home buying process, programs available to assist with the downpayment, and how to qualify for a mortgage.
The FREE informational workshop and exhibit for potential homebuyers will be offered on Saturday, September 17 from 9am-4pm at Raymond James Financial Center. This event is brought to the community by federal, state, local, and community-based housing agencies, real estate professionals, lenders, and other housing-industry professionals.
Classes are offered in English and Spanish. Attendees will receive a certificate at the completion of the workshops at the Expo, which fulfills one of the requirements for most downpayment assistance programs.
