Mango home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Mango rose by $35,200 while total sales increased by 11.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 24.8% increase over the $141,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mango in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Mango for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,333, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
