Mango home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Mango rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,000 - a 8.2% increase over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Mango in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Mango for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,333, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
