Boyette home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Boyette rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,000 - a 5% increase over the $250,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Boyette in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Boyette for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,592, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
