University of Tampa Athletics issued the following announcement on Oct. 18.
University of Tampa men's swimmer Noah Paut has been selected the Sunshine State Conference Swimmer of the Week following a pair of dominating efforts to begin the 2021-22 season.
Paut collects Swimmer of the Week following his performance in a pair of Spartan victories to open the 2021-22 season. The sophomore took first in four races against St. Thomas
in the season-opener: 200 Medley Relay (1:33.76), 200 Free Relay (1:25.01), 50 Yard Freestyle (21.12), and the 100 Yard Freestyle (46.47). On Saturday at Rollins, Paut won the
200 Medley Relay (1:34.09), followed by first-place efforts in the 50 Free (20.75) and the 100 Free (45.87).
Sunshine State Conference Athletes of the Week are chosen from a pool of nominees for their performances during the week of October 11 - 17, 2021. Athletic Communication
