This home last sold for $665,000 on Feb. 20, 2008.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Thonotosassa as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Izabela S. Shaw has been registered to vote since 2001. Sydney O. Shaw has been registered to vote since 2001.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
