The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,340.91, 1.11% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 29, 2005 for $189,900.

So far in December 2020, two properties sold in Plant City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Liliana Patricia Lingis, 47, was the only registered voter residing at 1804 Shannon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
