On Dec. 28, Emanuel Joseph and Jeannie Amorelli purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3409 Bloomingdale Oaks Court, Bloomingdale from Donna and Jared Pietras for $335,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,236.29, 0.67% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $276,000 on Aug. 4, 2018.

So far in December 2020, two properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jared Jager Pietras has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3409 Bloomingdale Oaks Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jonphilip K. Regencia, 30, and Jared Jager Pietras, 39.
