The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $6,611.37, 1.13% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $240,000 on June 7, 1990.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in Thonotosassa as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 11343 Knights Griffin Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lajuana Ferdinand, 68, and Marvin A. Ferdinand, 46.
