On Dec. 18, Brooke Hadden and Jason Walters purchased a four bedroom, four bathroom home at 3505 Eastmonte Drive, Valrico from Jamie V. and Steven D. Wilson for $410,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,110.96, 0.76% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $229,000 on Aug. 14, 2003.

So far in December 2020, three properties sold in Valrico.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Steven Douglas Wilson has been registered to vote since 1994. Jamie Victoria Wilson has been registered to vote since 1997.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
