The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,346.92, 0.53% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 26, 2008. It last sold for $170,000.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Chris Arlene Rivas has been registered to vote since 2004. Jabbar Antoine Rivas has been registered to vote since 2000.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
