On Dec. 18, Glenn William and Linda Griffin sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1618 Storington Ave., Brandon to Josie Marie Lanete and Michael Joseph Cianci for $295,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,943.93, 0.66% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $250,000 on Nov. 28, 2006.

So far in December 2020, four properties sold in Brandon.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Glen William Griffin has been registered to vote since 2005. Linda Ann Griffin has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
