On Dec. 16, Janeen Gail Dougherty, Eleanor Marguerite Hazzard (deceased), William George Hazzard and Cheryl Lynn Nipper (by representative) sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2204 Malibu Drive, Brandon to Gregory L. and Renee Stirling for $256,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,240.08, 0.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2020, four properties sold in Brandon.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eleanor M. Hazzard (96) has been registered to vote since 1967.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
