On Dec. 16, Erica H. and Erika Herta Patrick and John C. Atty Patrick Jr. sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 501 Bon Aire Ave., to Hamlet Rojas Hernandez for $215,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $388.60, 0.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2020, this is the only property that sold in as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Erika H. Patrick (95) has been registered to vote since 1964.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
