The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,641.89, 0.71% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 26, 1991 for $22,200.

So far in August 2021, six properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jeffrey Len Garrett has been registered to vote since 1992. Shirley Garrett has been registered to vote since 1992.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 3811 Scovill Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jordan Andrew Garrett, 27, Jeffrey Len Garrett, 60, Shirley Garrett, 58, and Brandon Michael Garrett, 29.
