The five bedroom, three bathroom home at 5107 Rolling Fairway Drive, Valrico was sold on July 29 by Kenneth C. and Margaret L. Byrne for $530,000. The buyers were Sonya Ananias (trust) and Sonya Ananias Dated November 20 2018 (revocable living trust).

The last time this home sold was Aug. 4, 2004. It last sold for $415,000.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Valrico.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Margaret Louise Byrne has been registered to vote since 2004. Kenneth C. Byrne has been registered to vote since 2004.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 5107 Rolling Fairway Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel Roland Spencer, 31, Heather Rose Byrne, 34, Scott Alexander Stapley, 33, Margaret Louise Byrne, 62, Kenneth C. Byrne, 63, and Courtney Alice Byrne, 32.
