On June 30, Patricia Ann and Steven Rabstejnek purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 3010 Drakes Landing Court, Brandon from Emil E. and Kristi K. Nacnac for $550,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 15, 2018. It last sold for $440,000.

This property is one of nine sales so far in Brandon in June 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kristi Kay Nacnac has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 3010 Drakes Landing Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Richard Allan Stewart, 65, and Kristi Kay Nacnac, 34.
