The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $5,315.99, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 24, 2015. It last sold for $290,000.

So far in May 2021, two properties sold in Bloomingdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Katy Hines has been registered to vote since 2006. Langston Perez Hines has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2330 Timbergrove Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Katy Hines, 48, Lindsey Ann Hines, 34, Langston Perez Hines, 56, and Timmy Fitzgerald Brandon, 52.
