The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 806 W. Spencer St., Plant City was sold on May 27 by Dorothy M. Belcher for $70,000. The buyer was Cocoanut Palm Investments LLC.

This home last sold for $8,000 on Dec. 28, 1978.

So far in May 2021, three properties sold in Plant City.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tabitha Erika Belcher, 20, was the only registered voter residing at 806 W. Spencer St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
