On May 25, Archibald S. McKee Sr. (trust), McKee Family Trust and Hazel Grace McKee (trust) sold their two bedroom, two bathroom home at 209 Lake Brook Circle 208, Brandon to Marina Spektor for $118,000.

This home last sold for $128,200 on April 6, 2006.

So far in May 2021, 15 properties sold in Brandon.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Amanda Michelle Stevens, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 209 Lake Brook Circle 208 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
