The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 506 W. Devane St., Plant City was sold on April 30 by Michael T. and Lorrie A. Smithson for $225,000. The buyers were Anna-Laurin Eve and Sheryl L. Smith.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $786.70, 0.35% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 26, 2007 for $204,500.

So far in April 2021, this is the only property that sold in Plant City as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Michael Thomas Smithson has been registered to vote since 1988. Lorrie Ann Smithson has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
