This home last sold on Aug. 22, 2012 for $146,000.

This property is the only sale in Lithia so far in April 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Wendy B. Keppley has been registered to vote since 1976. Dale Lyn Keppley has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 711 Thompson Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Rose Keppley, 30, Wendy B. Keppley, 68, and Dale Lyn Keppley, 64.
