The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 411 Sydney Washer Road, Dover was sold on March 31 by Robert D. Dixon for $170,000. The buyers were Oscar Diaz Bravo (trust) and Bravos Property 411 (trust).

This home last sold on June 17, 1998 for $40,000.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Dover as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Aracely Lopez, 19, was the only registered voter residing at 411 Sydney Washer Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
