This property last sold on May 14, 1999 for $25,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Plant City in March 2021.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 7401 Dormany Loop 1 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Douglas Norman Moore, 34, and Ruth L. Kaiser, 66.
