On Feb. 26, Amq International Corp. purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom property at 912 Taylor 1, Seffner from Hilda L. and Stanley B. Walters for $360,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,169.18, 1.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, this is the only property that sold in Seffner as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 912 Taylor 1 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lance Edward Monroe, 29, and Tasia Marie Monroe, 26.
