So far in February 2021, seven properties sold in Brandon.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Joshua Daniel Crabtree has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1620 Bondurant Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Katherine Elizabeth Frost, 41, Tyrone Sebastian Frost, 44, and Joshua Daniel Crabtree, 39.
