According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kendra Ann Simpson has been registered to vote since 2006. Justin Hugh Simpson has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 808 Chess Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kendra Ann Simpson, 33, Justin Hugh Simpson, 31, and Gloria Joanne Calta, 88.
