On Jan. 27, Felaina G. Pilotte (trustee), John H. Pilotte and Pilotte (revocable trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom property at 10510 St. Rose Court 1, Riverview to Coasttocoast Investments LLC for $115,000.

This property last sold on Aug. 19, 1982 for $17,300.

So far in January 2022, 41 properties sold in Riverview.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Catharine L. Pilotte, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 10510 St. Rose Court 1 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
