Job Overview
Performs architecture design and establishes enterprise infrastructure technology standards and multi-platform hardware/software solutions for enterprise application systems.
Performs capacity & performance planning. Manages complex global, enterprise technology projects involving technology systems analysis, development, coordination,
implementation, and documentation according to established project management methodology. Provides advanced technical support for information systems. Works
independently with limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Technology or a related field ; AND
- 5 -7 years of experience analyzing, designing, testing, implementing and managing functional automation information systems and projects; AND 2+ years of software development experience on the Service now platform; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job related competencies noted. (For education and experience only, does not include legally required Licenses or Certifications.); AND
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 foundations certification; AND
- ServiceNow certified system administrator; AND
- ServiceNow certified application developer
Salary Range: $33.42 - 55.14 Hourly
