This home last sold for $135,000 on Feb. 15, 2018.

So far in March 2022, 132 properties sold in Brandon.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Tierra Aleysha Vance (34) has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
