Rising home prices in Boyette in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Boyette rose by $126,000 while total sales increased by 128.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,000 - a 45.8 percent increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Boyette in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Boyette for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,592, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
