Median home prices in Lithia rose to $400,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Lithia rose by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - an 11.9 percent increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lithia in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Lithia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,089, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
