Pricing for the median home in Brandon increased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Brandon rose by $83,700 while total sales decreased by 9.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,150 - a 33.4 percent increase over the $250,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 157 homes sold in Brandon in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Brandon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,810, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
