How did home prices perform in Wimauma during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Wimauma rose by $138,500 while total sales decreased by 35.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $463,500 - a 42.6 percent increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Wimauma in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Wimauma for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,556, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
