What happened to the median home price in Riverview during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Riverview rose by $84,850 while total sales decreased by five percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 340 homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,850 - a 31.8 percent increase over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 358 homes sold in Riverview in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Riverview for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,682, approximately 0.8 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
