First half of 2022: Home prices in Fish Hawk increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Fish Hawk rose by $95,500 while total sales decreased by 23.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 25 percent increase over the $382,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Fish Hawk in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Fish Hawk for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,096, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
