How did home prices perform in Valrico during the first half of 2022?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Valrico rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 4.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 282 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 29.2 percent increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 294 homes sold in Valrico in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Valrico for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,802, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
