Job Overview
Incumbents in this classification performs the duties of the function and performs first line supervisory field work.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong supervisory skills
- Be self-motivated
- Have strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Have knowledge and experience with multi-zone sports turf irrigation systems
- Have knowledge and experience in sports turf management and equipment associated with caring for high-capacity facilities.
- Graduation from High School or possession of a GED Certificate; AND
- Four (4) years of experience directly related to the position duties; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below.
