As Hillsborough County prepares to celebrate #813Day on Aug. 13, your invitation to participate has arrived! All that is needed is the art supplies of your choice and a colorful imagination.
Showcase what the 813 community means to you by creating a masterpiece, and show off your love of all things local by following these simple steps:

- Decorate and design the blank template using the medium of your choice
