Southeastern scored its first Top 25 win since the 2019 season with an impressive shutout win over No. 19 Florida National.

The Fire battled through a physical game with a 4-0 win over the Conquistadors to improve to 5-2-3 on the season and 3-0-1 in their last four.

Roque Viegas sent a ball to Gianluca Contegno, who put it in the back of the net for his fifth goal of the season in the 21st minute of play. Skylar Funk drew a foul in the 39th minute which resulted in a penalty kick for Lucas Nishioka who connected for his third goal of the year.

In the second half, Vittorio Sasso crossed a ball from the right wing and connected with the head of Edoardo Venutolo for his team-leading sixth goal of the season.

With 17:10 to play, Skylar Funk drove a ball into the box and passed it over to Chris Thorpe on the left wing who buried it for his third of the year.

Shortly after, lightning in the area halted the game.
