In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $10,384.71, which is 1.48% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 10, 2005. It last sold for $553,900.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fish Hawk as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kristopher Edward Johnson, 33, was the only registered voter residing at 6317 Soratrace St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
